My kids go to a wonderful preschool. The teachers, kids, and parents are all awesome. The boys know they are loved at school and it makes them open to learning, playing, and becoming wonderful little human beings.

Brandon and I don’t celebrate Valentine’s Day – we celebrate Presidents’ Day because all the Valentine’s Day stuff is usually 90% off by that point.  That means I get 90% more chocolate and am more inclined to share.   I usually get some other awesome really thoughtful gift too – the first year I got a bird book that makes sound.  Friends, Brandon and I are total nerds.

I’ve recently discovered that Valentine’s Day kid outfits might be cuter than Halloween costumes. Red, pink, stripes, polka dots, cutesy sayings are just “so cute” (as my 3 year old would say).
