If you know this family you know they are all around awesome. Shelley and Barry have been together since high school, have moved all over the country, and continue to encourage one another to grow and be better people. Shelley is an incredible friend. She is fun and positive, but also really calm and grounded. Her son is smart, funny, and creative. C has the best sense of humor. Seriously, I think it might be impossible to not smile when you hang out with C.
I know getting family photos is expensive, but I always encourage my friends to invest at milestones they find really important. I know C wears his Batman costume everywhere and I love that they just wanted a session that captured them as a family now. How great is 3 years old?

Sweet Sisters {Janice Reyes Photography – Austin, TX}

The oldest daughter, E, is my E’s first BEST friend. Their old preschool teacher said they have a very similar temperament and would mutually follow each other around. Girl E is always the first friend that my E will want to pray for before bed.

Both girls are adorable and little sister has a contagious smile!

E+E are the sweetest friends. I think when mom is deciding on where in Austin they should move over the next year it should be somewhere where these kids are only a bike ride away ;)

The “R” Family {Janice Reyes Photography – Austin, TX}

This was my very last session of the year. I have a March of Dimes event and will take pictures of my family, but it is too late to promise pictures in time for a Christmas card. I also want to spend Christmas time with my kids. Advent calender, holiday baking, Christmas crafts are all on the list.

I share a mutual friend with the “R” family that always talks about her “friend with the three boys”. She always talks about her sweet and helpful nature. That the boys love her small children. Friend’s husband and “R” dad have known one another since middle school. Talk about a true bromance. I am so happy they choose me to be their photographer – I loved their session before it even happened!

We went to one of my favorite spots at sunset.
