This mama left a comment yesterday so she gets to see a few of her photos! Those leaving comments and liking my facebook page have a greater chance of seeing their sneak peeks :)
We have seriously had a crazy two weeks. We took our time getting the big bedroom projects done and I still need to find some more stuff for the walls before I can show it off. I promise an awesome blog post soon. If you see any cool DIY wall decor projects let me know! I keep going back and forth on what I want. I was trying to not get sucked into work while our bedroom was mess – I really couldn’t even get into my office. Once the bedroom was under control and I thought I could get ahead on work stuff -my house came down with a stomach bug. It was HORRIBLE.
I know you all came here to see this sweet boy so I’m going to stop talking about bedrooms and stomach bugs!
The first birthday is a huge milestone. You have had a whole year to know your child and how to adjust your life to their schedule. You just got to witness the exciting “firsts” of the first year. Just when you think your baby will never sleep and is only capable of crying – you get that first smile. Just when you feel like you have your baby sleep trained – he/she starts standing up in the crib. And the first time your baby calls you mama or dada you are just so excited they can talk – ha until they start the mama, mama, mommy, mommy, MOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMYYYYYYY, mom, mom, MOOOOOMMMMMMMM thing…
I really love friends that we can just pick right up. In this case it isn’t right where we left off, but as wives, moms, and grown ups. J is such a good mother and has been blessed with a sweet baby girl. I wish we were closer and got to see one another more often.
These two are super SUPER cute. G is just like his mama and D is just as pretty as her mama. I’m pretty sure their marriage was arranged while both moms were still pregnant.
Here are some of my favorites from their mini bff session.
