How is August almost over?

I was pretty crafty today and if you would kindly accept cell phone pictures today that would be swell.

I made cupcakes. I really just wanted the cake part and wasn’t concerned about icing.

I also made febreeze.

I have also been busy in photoshop making my announcements for mini sessions. I’m pretty pumped about the mini sessions I’m holding at the fair!

They crack me up.

Today is my husband’s birthday and I made him coconut french toast. I normally hate coconut unless it is coconut rum, but the french toast was yummy.

Sending my boys to preschool was probably the best parenting decision I have ever made. I love my family, but I enjoy some quiet and alone time. I don’t want them rushing and growing up, but preschool 2 days a week for 4.5hrs is pretty perfect.

I don’t understand how removing a carrot out of a two year old child’s nose is considered surgery. I can recommend an urgent care here in Austin to NOT go to – ask me if you see me.

I painted my nails the color “trophy wife” by Essie. I feel like a trophy wife and a mermaid.

Yesterday was day 70 of days over 100 degrees. That being said – it is currently 92 out and when I went outside I thought it was the perfect temperature. I much prefer 100+ over below 40. I hate the cold.

I’m doing mini sessions at the fair.

B was asking for his babysitters to come play with him the other day.

Hubby took pictures of me for my about me section for my website and I pretty much hate having my picture taken.

E really repeats everything you say to him. EVERYTHING. I bought him some sneakers and told him he looked “super fly” so now every time he puts them on I hear “I super fly”. He has also been telling me he loves me – which is one of the best things ever.

I really have no desire to wake up and do 4,000 squats tomorrow, but I can’t be the frumpy bridesmaid.

I’m irritated at how much I WANT a camera upgrade. It is selfish and obsessive and I’m trying to get over myself.

There was a rooster at the Zoo on Tuesday that was going to eat me and my child.

Tomorrow’s favorite photo is pretty awesome. It is the boys first day of preschool picture!
