I know it is August and all you want to think about is getting the kids back to school, but it is also time to think about family pictures! I’m not just saying that because I am a photographer – promise. There are 14 weekends between September and the beginning of December. I have 6 booked up. I still availability during the week, but I know folks love a weekend spot. You are going to hear the same thing from lots of awesome photographers. So, non-Austin friends you should book your session with your favorite local photographer now too!
With limited weekend time and most people interested in just an awesome family portrait for Christmas cards – I am SUPER excited to announce portrait parties are back again this year. Guys, these are so fun! You hang out with all your friends and I steal you away for 10-15 minutes for pictures. Everyone is in a good mood because you are hanging out with the people you have the most fun with! It also leaves a ton of flexibility in waiting for your kids to be ready. Kids (and husbands) are more than willing to cooperate because they are eager to get back to the party.
ANNNNNNND there are usually snacks involved. If delicious pinterest party snacks don’t tempt you I don’t know what will.
You will want to let me know that you are interested right away. You don’t need to invite your guests today, but you will want to book a day for your party. I will only book one a weekend (Friday evening, Saturday evening, or Sunday morning).
